    Position summary

    • Strong PowerApps (Canvas Apps and Model Driven), PowerBi, PowerQuery , PowerAutomate Knowledge.
    • Good Knowledge on SQL Server, Integration Services, and JSON
    • Exposure to Enterprise Security and working with Vulnerability Testing Teams a plus.
    • Experience in Tools like : ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira.
    • The activities in scope are as below:
    o Provide Support/Troubleshoots and Resolve standard and non-standard software problems.
    o Developing and/or Improving features/performance of applications to boost business operations.
    o Ensuring the best performance and user experience of the application
    o Cooperating with other team members to deliver a high quality support and well-architected solutions.**

    Mandatory skills

    • Collaboration and Time Management.
    • Critical Thinking and Problem Solving.
    • Excellent communication and writing skills
    • Good Stakeholder engagement and data analysis skills
    • Previous Mining Industry experience and industry knowledge is desirable.
    • Bi-lingual (Spanish and English) skills are a must.
    • ITIL Knowledge Desirable.
    • A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant discipline.**
