    Position summary

    & design the model and structures. You will be expected to contribute and lead the Legacy to Snowflake migration programs. You will have the opportunity to collaborate and lead AI/ML implementations. You will get to work with some of the best talent in the industry to create innovative Data Solutions to meet our clients' business needs.     Required

    Technology:

    • Having strong and proven experience in data space with at least 2-3 implementations from an ERP data conversion / data migration perspective to SAP S/4 HANA from Legacy ERP's like MOVEX, Oracle EBS, Oracle Net Suite etc. This is Non-Negotiable and prime need.
    • Knowledge of Azure, GCP and have hands on Experience working on these tools
    • Has experience working in Snowflake and proven handling of Legacy to Snowflake migrations.
    • Experience in managing large data programs with a proven track record managing global implementations spanning multi-year ERP and data rationalization / migration programs
    • Strong data quality and data governance concepts
    • Have AI ML implementation experience in previous organizations to implement for the customer. THIS IS Non-Negotiable and prime need.
    • Has handled Legacy to Snowflake migration experience and help the customer in the landscape and simplification efforts.
    • Data modeling experience and designing models to fit the data migration programs into S4 HANA for Master and Transaction data objects.
    • Should have done Data Strategy engagements
    • Implement automations in the ERP migration work at every step
    • Knowledge of CI CD implementation and working with GitHub

    • Talent should be able to analyze given scenarios and come up with approach to meet the customer asks.

    • Talent should be solid, proactive, and capable of learning quickly, allowing them to take on responsibilities with minimal guidance

    • Problem solving skills. Talent should have ability to solve the problem and situation applying his knowledge and skills.

    • Talent should be able to resolve conflicts of interest in the team.

    • Talent should be able to challenge if the person opposite is wrong.

    • Ability to speak to customer: Talent should be able to speak to Business and understand the requirements by asking right questions.

    • Based out of Ireland and willing to travel to UK, Poland, parts of Europe, and APAC, as required by the customer for the implementations. THIS IS Non-Negotiable and prime need.

    Preferred

    • Overall experience of 15+ years with experience in managing Data and Analytics programs with specific focus on handling ERP data migrations / conversions and with a proven cloud migration experience from Legacy stack
    • Talent with abilities to analyse and come up with appropriate automation strategies by applying his knowledge and expertise to support our customer's needs.
    • Talent with ability to adjust in continuously evolving projects and work with a team which is focused on next generation technologies.
    • Have data migration experience from ECC to S/4 HANA.
    • Knows ADF and can handle code reviews / implementations.
    • Can write test cases looking at the requirements and data.
    • Automate testing in every process team works during ERP data conversion / migration.
    • Work with Onsite / Offshore / Nearshore model
