- Conduct ideation workshops with a team of global business & technical professionals & subject matter experts, translating those requirements into the prioritized roadmap, helping prepare business cases to implement the roadmap, and tracking value.
- Provide direction and input for solutions for targeted processes, leveraging best practices.
- Perform knowledge transfer to the client and supporting organizations throughout all project phases.
- Providing & receiving regular feedback and ensuring effective communication and high satisfaction levels between the team and consultants under stressful circumstances
Educational Requirements:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a foreign equivalent is required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive, relevant work experience instead of every year of education.
The job entails sitting and working at a computer for extended periods. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face-to-face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
