Principal SAP EWM Consultant

• At least 11 years of experience with Information Technology.

• The position is based in Chicago, IL/ Milwaukee, TX. This position may require travel and /or relocation to Project / client locations.

Preferred Qualification:

• At least 2 end to end S4Hana EWM implementation experience.

• Experience of inbound processes with and without Quality inspection from Vendors, Outbound process for STO and Customer Shipments and internal warehouse movements

• Knowledge of Return to vendors, receipt from production, Production staging, consignment and subcontracting process, physical inventory, shipping from warehouse, returns from customer, special processes (import and export), Quality inspection etc.

• 5 years of logistics consulting experience

• Should be familiar with material handling systems, Handling units, and how to integrate them to SAP WM solutions.

• Experience of Process Oriented and Layout Oriented Storage control

• In depth knowledge of RF for warehousing

• Customizing of SAP EWM, Define and execute tests scenarios, Training of key users and or business users, Application management of the SAP ECC

• Must be familiar with Supply Chain business models, SAP WM and wireless technologies.

• Should be familiar with material handling systems and how to integrate them to SAP WM solutions.

• Strong warehouse, distribution and transportation Logistics Business Process Knowledge and experience.

• Strong analytical skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
