    Position summary

    ogressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

    • At least 11 years of experience with Information Technology.
    • Location of the project is Fort Worth, Texas. This position may require travel and /or relocation to Project / client locations.

    Preferred Qualification

    • Implementation experience with SAP HCM - Time Management / Time evaluation.
    • Good understanding regarding integrated, Time Evaluation and Payroll processing within SAP - HCM.
    • Good Understanding of Cross Application Time Sheet (CATS).
    • Implementation and Lead / coordination experience with handling inbound / outbound, Interfaces involving SAP -HCM, SAP-Time Management/CATS and Legacy Time recording / scheduling systems.
    • Experienced in leading a team leveraging the onsite / offshore work model.
    • Strong Integration experience with Legacy Time Management to bring complex work schedule & shift scheduling data into SAP.
    • Exposure to integrations and interfaces for multiple Unions (involving complex labor rules)
    • Exposure to Positive Time Management involving Clock-in / Clock-out.
    • Exposure to SAP HCM integration with SuccessFactors-EC and third-party time management systems.

    The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
