    Position summary

    estimation activities considering organizational/unit Quality & Productivity goals.

    • Resource Planning: Arrange plans for different resources and liaise with required groups. Ensure accurate allocation of project team members.
    • Scheduling: Prepare a detailed project schedule, baseline the same, and manage changes.
    • Risk Planning/Mitigation: Create a risk management plan identifying risks and execute mitigation steps.
    • Project Tracking, Control & Reporting: Assign work, track project scope, review and control all phases to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
    • People Management: Guide senior team members to train/mentor juniors for competency development without impacting project schedule and budget. Implement performance management as per organizational guidelines.
    • Financials: Ensure timely and accurate billing, project budgeting updates, and provide revenue best estimates (BE) to management.
    • Experience in life insurance/annuity projects must.
    • Experience managing large transformation projects on fixed-price contracts.

    **Qualifications:

    Required**

    • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
    • At least 12 years of experience in the job description below.

    Preferred

    • Delivering with on-shore and off-shore teams.
    • LOMA Certifications.
