    Position summary

    Roles and Responsibilities
    • Project ownership, coordination across Infosys, vendor and Customer teams to provide project governance, process standardisation and task management optimisation, for ongoing project workstreams

    • Prioritisation and management of tasks and activities, in alignment with Customer's Project Manager and System Admins

    • Liase with telco, infra and partners from Client for task management

    • Resource management of all Infosys, vendor resources

    • Primary escalation points for all issues across any workstream and manages day to days task updates.

    Additional Skills:

    • Excellent customer interfacing skills.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
