    Position summary

    • The candidate must be located within commuting distance ofTempe, AZor be willing to relocate to this area.This position may require travel in the US.
    • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of Education.
    • 4 Yrs of Domain experience (Healthcare).
    • Experience in software delivery or product implementations with experience in healthcare SaaS/BPaaS implementations
    • Experience working on Medicare advantage programs with good exposure to Quality improvement programs, performance reporting including HEDIS and STAR ratings
    • Experience in developing HIPAA compliant applications/ operational processes.
    • Proven success in leading enterprise scale, cloud platform implementations in an agile, fast paced environment.
    • Deep expertise on Quality Improvement programs, performance reporting including HEDIS and STAR
    • Medicare advantage related regulations, HIPAA
    • Strong understanding of healthcare payer operations.
    • Knowledge of SaaS architecture and integrations.
    • Knowledge and experience of scaled agile frameworks
    • Strong program management and execution skills
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills .
