Overseeing digitization and change management of transformed processes in partnership with Client and Delivery teams.
Identifying and delivering committed productivity benefits.

QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Signing off on the quality framework and associated governance model.
Cooperating with the Quality team in identifying and implementing improvement actions.

DOMAIN SUPPORT
In periods of operational disruption: monitoring process metrics, business KPIs and productivity, and providing expert consultation.
Supporting contract renewals as needed.

Requirements:
6-10 years of relevant experience.
Fluent English (verbal & written)
Strong process expertise in the Finance & Accounting - RTR domain.
Solid understanding of process improvement methodologies.
Focus on process digitalization and implementation of AI-driven solutions.
Degree or additional coursework in Finance & Accounting would be an asset.
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
High level of motivation and commitment.
