Requirements:
University diploma preferred, ideally in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in the Record to Report (R2R) area
Strong financial and accounting expertise as well as comprehensive, end-to-end RTR process knowledge
Proven experience in a Team Leader role (minimum 1 year)
Knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 would be a strong asset
Experience in process transitions or migrations will be considered an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence in managing daily client interactions, including handling escalations
