Position summary

At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
Experience as Business Analyst in Retail Banking, Digital, Core Banking, Deposits and Lending.

Preferred Qualifications:

At least 4 years' experience as Business Analyst in Retail Banking, Digital, Core Banking, Deposits and Lending.
Experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
Must have Retail Banking experience with Loans and Deposits module.
Experience with defining and implementing Data Quality programs; Banking or Finance industry preferred
Strong proficiency in System Query Language (SQL)
Able to write use cases in Retail banking to implement Artificial Intelligence in retail banking.
Experience with Agile methodologies (preferably Scaled Agile) as a Business Analyst
Demonstrated understanding of Database structures
Excellent understanding of Deposits, Lending, Digital and Payments interface system
Lead Agile ceremonies, backlog grooming and product prioritization meetings.
Analytical and Communication skills
Planning and Co-ordination skills
Experience with Scrum and Product management
Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
