Retail Industry Consultant

Infosys's Domain Consulting Group is seeking an Industry consultant for End-to-End (E2E) Retail Domain in the Supply Chain and Online Retail skills(MDM)
 
You will consult and advise clients across Retail domain in

• Large Consulting lead Business & IT transformation engagements
• Differentiating Business Capabilities as our E2E domain champion
• Client opportunity identification & positioning the right solution proposition
• Market growth for our offerings
• Market branding and IP creation using Thought Leadership
• Large Transformation program governance

 Your Responsibilities

• Be a key player in growing the domain consulting revenue and team at the service of clients with consulting and advisory at the intersection of business and technology.
• Create E2E transformation business case, functional architecture, requirements decomposition, process design, functional deployment plan, knowledge transfer to service teams.
• Proactively partner geo sales leaders in researching, qualifying and building large deal opportunities
• Business travel in the range of 30%

  Your Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 16+ years of experience in Business Technology consulting / Product Management
• Location: East /West/Central USA
• Have conceived and managed complex E2E transformation programs for Retailers in the Online space and Supply Chain transformations
• Have been subject matter anchor for programs and pursuits in multi-service line projects example Consulting, Key Industry Product Platforms, User Experience, Analytics/AI/ML
• Possess senior business connects in the US Retail ecosystem by way of continued advisory, partnership
• Proven experience in building E2E Domain consulting teams and engaging with industry clients in the region. Helped client in creating a Product strategy, roadmap and lead the overall functional solution architecture
• Excellence in – big picture grasp, conceptual clarity, visualizing and presenting the value proposition
