    Position summary

    sign, development, configuration, testing, deployment and support.

    • Be the bridge between customer need and innovative solutions, crafting user stories and top-notch designs to the map the business process.

    • Lead and conduct requirement gathering workshops with business stakeholders to understand fashion-specific SD processes such as:

    • Order management (style/season/size/colour matrix)

    • Allocation and replenishment

    • Return order process and related refund process

    • Multiple pricing strategies (trade promotions, rebates, markdowns)

    • Integration with wholesale, retail and e-commerce channels

    • Transfer business requirements into functional specification and take it through complete life cycle of development from blueprint to go live starting with identification of GAP

    • In depth knowledge and able to configure SAP S/4 SD modules including:

    • Sales Order Management

    • Pricing & Condition Techniques

    • Delivery & Shipment details

    • Billing & Invoicing

    • Credit Management

    • Ensure integration between SD and other modules:

    • Material Management (MM)

    • Finance & Controlling (FI/CO)

    • EDI and external logistics partners

    • Analyse and enhance standard SAP processes to cater to fashion industry requirements (seasonal resets, size/colour optimization).

    • Define functional specifications and support development teams for custom enhancements when required.

    • Create process documentation, functional specs, test plans, and training materials.

    • Experience in migration of sales orders, customer master, seasonality

    • ABAP debugging skills to facilitate reverse engineering

    • Should have experience in Large global projects and which is heavily customized

    • Provide go-live support and post-implementation stabilization.

    • Support production SAP SD issues, root-cause analysis and fixes and co-ordinate with teams in remote locations.

    • Enable business users through training and knowledge transfer

    Required

    • SAP SD experience (preferably with fashion/retail industry exposure).

    • Strong SAP S/4 HANA implementation experience with end-to-end SD configuration.

    • Experience with SAP Fashion Management / Industry Solutions for Apparel & Footwear is a strong advantage.

    • Expertise in:

    • Sales order processing

    • Pricing & rebates

    • Delivery & shipment strategies

    • Credit & dispute management

    • Customer master and material master integration

    • Business process oriented - ability to map complex fashion-specific processes into SAP.

    • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.

    • Strong communication skills - able to interact with business stakeholders and technical teams.

    • Exposure to integration tools (e.g., IDoc, EDI) is a plus.

    Preferred

    • SAP Certification in SD or S/4HANA.
    • Fashion or Retail domain experience with multi-channel order fulfilment.
    • Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies High customer orientation
    • High quality awareness

    Nice-to-Have

    • Knowledge in SAP EWM, SAP Fiori apps for SD.
    • Understanding of omni-channel commerce and marketplace integrations.
    • Experience with global SAP rollouts
