Lead and conduct requirement gathering workshops with business stakeholders to understand fashion-specific SD processes such as:
Order management (style/season/size/colour matrix)
Allocation and replenishment
Return order process and related refund process
Multiple pricing strategies (trade promotions, rebates, markdowns)
Integration with wholesale, retail and e-commerce channels
Transfer business requirements into functional specification and take it through complete life cycle of development from blueprint to go live starting with identification of GAP
In depth knowledge and able to configure SAP S/4 SD modules including:
Sales Order Management
Pricing & Condition Techniques
Delivery & Shipment details
Billing & Invoicing
Credit Management
Ensure integration between SD and other modules:
Material Management (MM)
Finance & Controlling (FI/CO)
EDI and external logistics partners
Analyse and enhance standard SAP processes to cater to fashion industry requirements (seasonal resets, size/colour optimization).
Define functional specifications and support development teams for custom enhancements when required.
Create process documentation, functional specs, test plans, and training materials.
Experience in migration of sales orders, customer master, seasonality
ABAP debugging skills to facilitate reverse engineering
Should have experience in Large global projects and which is heavily customized
Provide go-live support and post-implementation stabilization.
Support production SAP SD issues, root-cause analysis and fixes and co-ordinate with teams in remote locations.
Enable business users through training and knowledge transfer
Required
SAP SD experience (preferably with fashion/retail industry exposure).
Strong SAP S/4 HANA implementation experience with end-to-end SD configuration.
Experience with SAP Fashion Management / Industry Solutions for Apparel & Footwear is a strong advantage.

Business process oriented - ability to map complex fashion-specific processes into SAP.
