    Position summary

    • Maintaining high performance levels for SAP service-related processes, and implementing improvement activities wherever necessary
    • Taking ownership of SAP and Non-SAP critical incidents, coordinating with resolution parties, and establishing effective communication between stakeholders for post-incident reviews
    • Ensuring that systems, procedures, and methodologies are in place to support outstanding SAP service delivery.
    • Developing a deep understanding of projects to gain insights into the scope of SAP service delivery.
    • Taking accountability for SAP service delivery performance, meeting customer expectations, and driving future demand
    • Analysing third-party as well as internal processes, and creating strategies for service delivery optimization
    • Performance and Quality Management
    • Recommending methods of improvement and seeing that actions are implemented on time for service delivery upgrades.
    • Providing accurate and regular reports to the management on performance of the service delivery
    • Leading personnel management, including staff recruitment, performance assessment, training, and mentoring.
    • Building strong relationships with teams and stakeholders to enable effective dialogue exchange between departments.
    • SAP Technical Perception
    • Supervising SAP technical and functional teams to facilitate continual improvements, efficiency, and innovation.
    • Lead the engagement efforts at different stages from Problem definition to diagnosis to solution design, development & deployment, contribute to Organizational initiatives.

    Required:

    • Experience in working in Global delivery model (GDM)

    • A high degree of initiative and flexibility, High customer orientation & High-quality awareness

    • Experience working in SAP transformation, development, and AMS projects.

    • SAP Insurance experience with multi-module exposure

    • Should have good understanding of functionalities of key insurance modules such as FS-PM (Policy management), FS-CM (Claims management), FS-RI (Re-insurance) and FS-ICM (Incentive and commission management) & FS-CD (Collections and disbursement)

    • Proficiency in leading both physical and virtual SAP teams across different locations

    • Experience in dealing with third party-provided services.

    • Operational ability in a diverse, large-scale environment

    • Exceptional customer-facing skills

    • In-depth knowledge of escalation procedures, incident management, problem management, change management and other disciplines related to SAP service delivery.

    • Expertise in people management and leadership

    • Strong organizational skills

    • Capacity to train, guide, and coach the direct and indirect reports

    • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently.

    • Solid resource planning and problem-solving skills

    • Readiness to demonstrate a proactive attitude.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
