Position summary

g IT projects.

Candidate must be certified scrum master
Sound understanding of Software Development life cycle and Agile methodologies.
Serve as a liaison between Business Stakeholders, End users and IT teams.
Experience in feasibility study, project costing, requirement analysis, change control, Cost benefit Analysis, change management, stakeholders reporting, status updates, IT implementation.
Working experience in Waterfall, Agile - Scrum, XP, Kanban, SAFe project management.
Tools knowledge:Jira, Grafana
Facilitate Scrum events and activities as necessary and ensure the team is realizing value from them (including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Retrospective and Backlog Refinement).
Knowledge on Grafana to manage SLA/ KPI and understand and improve PE metrics.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes.
Six Sigma or PMI/PMP or Scrum Certification.
Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
Excellent communication skills to efficiently manage client stakeholders and Infosys internal teams.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Extensive travel may be required as per client and project needs.
