Selenium Automation Test Analyst

Infosys is seeking Selenium Automation Test Analyst
As a Test Analyst, you will resolve queries raised by the team across modules. You will create specification by gathering information from SME's, existing systems, users etc. and support the translation of these into Functional requirements.  You will support the creation of Requirement traceability matrix using the latest tools and technologies. You will contribute to Test Scenario Creation and focus on Test Scenario Review and Functional Test Creation and focus on Functional Test Review. You will perform Setup for more than one module by Creating data / SQL scripts etc., in an automated fashion by limiting the manual effort. You will provide updates for Project trackers and populate Test Data. You will contribute to Test Case Execution, Test Case Results Review and Defect Review. You will also perform specific activities for the given module as per the "Go-live" implementation plan without any support.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 2 years of Information Technology experience
• U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time.
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Plano, TX or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US and Canada
• Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
• Minimum 2 years of experience with hands-on Test Strategy, Test Automation, Test Design, Test Execution analysis & Reporting and Agile methodology

Preferred Qualifications:
• Good understanding of QA methodology, automation expertise and ability to code.
• Experience with Selenium-Web driver and Selenium Grid OR UFT Automation 
• • Experience in utilizing test frameworks (like Data driven, Keyword driven or Hybrid along with custom reporting) and strategy for choosing automated testing tools, 
Experience with BDD And Javascript
• Experience in testing within an Agile environment, adapting quickly to changing situations
• Good business and functional knowledge including testing standards, guidelines, and testing methodology to meet the teams overall test objectives.
• Ensuring all testing results are easily accessible and understandable.
• Tracking defects to closure and keeping defect repository updated
• Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
 

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
