Location: - Sydney
Status - 6 Months fixed term, extendable based on project requirement

JOB DESCRIPTION: -
Accountable for bridging the gap between the business & technology stakeholders, supporting the delivery of fit for purpose solutions that meet the needs of customer and the product vision.
Using Agile or waterfall methodologies to ensure the right outcomes are achieved efficiently whilst applying the right risk frameworks.
Identify, document and escalate any risks
Support Business and Project team to agree mitigants where applicable
Initiate, draft and submit Privacy Risk Assessments (PRA)
The successful candidates will have -
Deep domain knowledge (including relevant technologies) and industry leading agile Business Analyst capabilities and tooling

Ability to utilize modernized AI solutions, e.g. Gen AI and ML to improve quality and process efficiencies through the delivery lifecycle

Qualification Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, data analytics/ computer science, statistics or related discipline
5+ years' experience as Business Analyst within Finance / Banking industries.
