Responsibilities:
- Execute hands-on application support for COTS applications, monitoring, providing technical or non-technical support to customer.
- The candidate should be aware of IT production support processes
- Engage in the overall AMS resolution cycle.
- Ensuring ticket SLA and KPI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the issue and resolve issues
- Participate and contribute to creating various matrix and reports.
- Providing mentorship and guidance to team.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Proficient in technologies (Java, PLSQL, Oracle, Oracle Cloud) and associated tools.
- Having knowledge of HTML, CSS, HTML5, .Net, ASP, C#, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms
- Proficient in issue analysis and RCA,
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team setting,
- Excellent communication and client interaction skills,
- Fluent in Japanese and English language (Must have)
- The candidate should be a native Japanese passport holder (Must have)
- Experience of whole AMS lifecycle. Able to estimate and analysis tasks.
- Able to articulate issues solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
