    Position summary

    nal guidance** to the team while ensuring high-quality and standards-compliant deliverables.

    • Analyze complex business requirements and design appropriate solutions using SAP for Utilities - Customer Financial Management (FICA).
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Billing, Device Management, and CRM.
    • Resolve production issues within SLA timelines and support continuous service improvement.
    • Prepare and review functional and technical specification documents.
    • Participate in integration activities with front-end (FE) systems.
    • Drive innovation through automation, enhancements, and performance optimizations.

    Required

    • 6+ years of experience in SAP IS-U FICA, including at least 4 years in implementation/support projects.

    • Strong knowledge of core FICA functionalities:

      • Electronic Bank Statement (EBS)
      • Dunning processes
      • BRF+ based configurations
      • Main/Sub account setup
      • Payment integration and automation
    • Experience with cross-functional modules: Device Management, Billing & Invoicing.

    • Proficiency in analyzing and resolving incidents within SLA.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments.

    Preferred

    • Good Communication and Client Interaction Skills.
    • Focused mindset with positive attitude.
    • Ability to adapt to new Technologies/Cultures.
    • Knowledge of Dev Ops
