    As Senior Consultant, you will be part of a team that is customer obsessed - you will work on features that respond to customer needs and make data-driven decisions. Develop software that empowers customers to optimize their business processes by designing, implementing, testing, and maintaining our software components and services

     Job Description : 

    1. Roles and Responsibilities: ( Includes one or many from below )

      • Evaluates and Analyses Customer Needs
      • Create high-level and detailed-level design artifacts
      • Resolve issues reported by end client super users
      • Deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty
      • Manage all activities in the Data Migration processes
      • Resolve the service requests raised by the end customer with the support of all platform tools and artifacts
      • Lead/Mentor junior members in the team
      • Ensures the SLA & KPI set for the project is adhered
    2. Skills & Competencies

    3. Essential:

    • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
    • 5+ years of overall IT experience with minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics Navision(Nav)/D365 BC etc.
    • Development skills in Navision(Nav) / D365 BC
    • Technical troubleshooting skills in areas like SSRS, Workflows, deployments, alerts & email, data management, creation of role permissions etc., in D365 BC/Navision(Nav)
    • End- to- end ERP implementation experience in Navision(Nav) or D365 BC
    • Good understanding on all activities of Data Migration process
    • Code and Data upgrade experience
    • Excellent Communication & Customer support skills
    • Strong Troubleshooting & Problem Solving skills
    1. Preferred:
    • Domain knowledge of SCM/Finance module will be a plus

    • Experience in Support/ Data Migration engagements

    • Understanding of at least one and preferably two of following business process areas– Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to report, Inventory and Warehouse Management modules, Retail

    Additional Skills:

    • Excellent customer interfacing skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
