Preferred Qualifications:

• Atleast 3 years of working experience with Sterling Integrator
• Must have hands on experience in Vision, IBM SCBN, Sterling Integrator.
• Experience in interfacing with key stakeholders and applying technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition, Design, Implementation and Production Support
• Experience in performing design/architectural consultation of complex multi-tenant application/projects to create configurable /parameterized data mapping pipelines.
• Experience in performing production support functions which includes L2, L3 support involving Incident resolution, RCA, Problem Management and bug fixes.
• Experience in leading validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty.
• Experience in coaching and creating a vision for the team, providing subject matter training for your focus areas, motivating, and inspiring team members through effective and timely feedback and recognition for high performance.
• Experience in coordinating with ERP support teams, technical teams, and external vendors to analyze customer/supplier EDI communication requirements, changes, and issues.

The job may entail extensive travel. The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
