    Position summary

    Location for this position is in Vancouver, British Columbia . Candidates must be located within commuting distance or be willing to relocate to this area. This position may require travel up to 2 5%

    • Canadian citizens and those legally entitled to work in Canada are encouraged to apply.

    Preferred:

    • HR domain knowledge of specific areas such as HR compliance, Policy making, Compensation and Benefits, Organization Development.
    • Coaching and Mentoring skills for team building, client facing skills and public communication skills .
    • Crisis handling tasks , employee grievance handling
    • Facilitate timely flow of information for analytics and reporting for different HR processes.
    • Assist in manage and review the following - HR operations, Performance management framework
    • Manage and support the following aspects - Employee Assimilation, Hiring and Deployment, Performance Management.
    • Execute unit specific performance management framework
    • Monitor the employee governance process and adherence to code of conduct
    • Manage all aspects of reporting, analytics and metrics as required.
    • French language fluency ( need to review/translate various HR policies/ Handbook) and Communication skills - written ( design, content development)

    The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
