Senior MuleSoft Developer

on-prem/cloud applications**

• Ensure high availability, performance, security, and scalability of integrations

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

• Perform code reviews, debugging, testing, and deployment following best practices

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior MuleSoft developers

• Participate in architectural discussions and solution design decisions

• Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

• Create and maintain technical documentation

• Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking and English-speaking stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform

• Strong expertise in:

  • Mule 4, DataWeave
  • API design (REST, RAML)
  • API-led connectivity

• Experience with:

  • Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven, etc.)
  • Message queues and event-driven architectures

• Solid understanding of security concepts (OAuth 2.0, JWT, SSL, API policies)

• Experience integrating SaaS and enterprise systems

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Fluent Spanish (written and spoken) - mandatory

• Working proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• MuleSoft Certification(s) (Developer, Integration Architect, or Platform Architect)

• Experience in microservices architecture

• Knowledge of Kubernetes or containerization tools

• Prior experience working with global or nearshore teams

• Agile/Scrum development experience

• Good to have Python skills
