Senior Process Automation Consultant

Infosys is seeking Senior Process Automation Consult.ant You will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education

• At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology

• Location for this position is Richardson, TX. This position require relocation or travel.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes

• Experience on Pega Decisioning is added advantage

• Experience designing and developing process based solutions or BPM (business process management)

• Banking experience and claims knowledge

• Aware of Cloud based Software as a Service platforms/applications

• Very Strong communication skills with multiple stakeholders (Internal and Customer organization

• Demonstrated experience in Agile development, application design, software development, and testing

• Lead the client interaction and help drive strategy, roadmap and blueprinting

• Experience managing large complex transformation program and project financials

• Experience in in depth hand’s on application development experience in Java/cloud native development suite and application level architecting, designing and development activities, with good understanding of BPM architectural principles, models, patterns, and perspective in order to develop solutions independently.

• Develops and demonstrates an advanced knowledge of the Java Microservices

• Accountable for ensuring the business and technical architecture of the delivered solution matches customer technical and functional requirements, and commits to Customer Success.

• Experience and desire to work in Global offshore/onshore model.

• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel

• Ability to work and communicate effectively with program management

• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team

• Strong communication, problem-solving skill

The job may entail extensive travel. The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
