Position summary

Infosys is seeking a Senior SAP Project Manager

As an SAP Senior Project Manager, you will participate in an end-to-end journey from building roadmaps for your customers on SAP programs, organizing assessments, due diligences, transformation workshops, realizing business blueprints, Proof of Concepts, change management and learning plans, defining rollout strategies, and partnering your customers with a rapid deployment approach. Should drive SAP operational and service excellence including but not limited to managing and leading SAP production issues, ensuring proactive monitoring and resolutions, manage identification and deployment of automations in the SAP landscape, drive down exceptions and delayed billing volumes and achieve top tier operational metrics.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education

  • At least 10 years of experience with Information Technology.

  • The location for this position is Atlanta, GA. This position may require travel and or relocation to project locations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 8 years of experience in SAP implementation programs in all the SAP Core modules.
  • At least 1 successful SAP full cycle implementations as project manager managing on-site und offshore teams.
  • At least 1 project as post Go Live management experience having driven long term improvements in SAP support.
  • Experience in working with location business managers as well as in-depth knowledge of business processes, roadmap definitions, fit-gap analysis, and change management.
  • Natural talent in the art of people management including team building and driving grounds-up innovation.
  • Experience in proposal management, pre-sales and driving a sales pitch.
  • Good analytical and logical problem-solving skills combined with the talent to quickly grasp new tasks.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Knowledge / certification of S4 HANA/Scrum Master / Agile Coach can be additional benefits that you bring with you.
  • PMP or comparable certification.
  • ITIL for Service Delivery Management
  • Ability to work with offshore teams and coordinating work delivery between onsite and offshore.
  • Flexible work timings required due to remote working environment including offshore overlaps twice a day.
