    Position summary

    ienced Senior Technical Consultant - Dynamics CRM with over 8 years of experience in implementation and support projects. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in designing and developing customized solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics CRM ecosystem, particularly in Sales and Service modules. This role requires hands-on experience with plug-ins, workflows, integrations, and Power Platform tools, along with strong collaboration skills to deliver high-quality solutions in Agile environment

    Location: Sydney (NSW), Australia

    Salary: AUD 108,571 - 119,893 ( Annual Gross)

    Please Note:-The above salary range is only indicative and maybe subject to suitable enhancements, based on internal company processes.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales & Service modules).
    • Develop custom business logic using server-side code, plug-ins, workflow assemblies, and integration modules.
    • Collaborate with Scrum Masters and cross-functional teams to deliver sprint commitments.
    • Perform impact analysis and provide technical support and metrics for deployed solutions.
    • Configure and deploy business functionality using Dynamics 365 CRM on the cloud.
    • Ensure adherence to development standards, documentation, and best practices.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production and support environments.

    Skill / Competencies / Experience:

    ESSENTIAL

    • Good knowledge of technology landscape to be able to guide team.
    • Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.

    PREFERRED

    • 8+ years of experience in IT with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation and support
    • Proven experience in Sales and Service modules
    • Strong development skills in C#, JavaScript, HTML, and XML
    • Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM SDK, Custom Workflows, Plug-ins, and Application Customizations
    • Proficient in Power Automate (Flow) for business process automation
    • Experience in complex application development on the Microsoft stack
    • Familiarity with SSIS for data integration (preferred)
    • Comfortable with cloud-based deployments and solution design
    • Strong understanding of integration patterns, security models, and data architecture in Dynamics 365 CRM
    • Experience with Power Apps, Dataverse, and Azure Functions
    • Exposure to DevOps pipelines and CI/CD for Dynamics deployments

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
