    Position summary

    the role of Lead Consultant (Change Manager), you will be expected to have excellent knowledge of Change management, with all artifacts and techniques. This role will interface with client and will involve coordinating business and technology stakeholders for managing the entire lifecycle of all changes.

    Roles and Responsibilities:
    For you to be successful in obtaining this role you will need to possess the following:

    • Experience with change management processes - managing change queues, facilitating Change Advisory Boards and prioritising changes.
    • Ability to work on long term planning and strategy for change.
    • Experience with LTE, 4g/5g networks, communications and change management. BA experience a plus.
    • Excellent visual communication skills and long-term strategic thinking.
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate and communicate with clients, teams and other stakeholders in technical and non-technical language.
    • Business acumen and the ability to establish and maintain good working relationships.

    Skills /Competencies:

    Essential:

    • Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
    • At least 8 years of relevant experience in the IT industry.
    • Experience in leading change management.
    • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.

    Preferred :

    • Prior experience of working with applications in the mining or energy domains.
    • Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.
    • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

    Additional Skills:

    • Excellent customer interfacing skills.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
