Infosys is seeking to hire ServiceNow ITOM Architect responsible for the smooth delivery of IT Infrastructure Operations, handling escalations, aligning SMEs and technical architects as per required, providing reports to the stakeholders as per agreement, managing the client.
Required Qualifications
• Candidate can work REMOTE and must be willing to travel to client sites. This position may require travel in the US.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• At least 11 years of Information Technology experience.
• More than 10 years of development, configuration, and integration experience in building solution on ServiceNow platform.
• Design, configure, and deployment of ServiceNow ITOM modules leveraging industry best practices and standards.
• Provide technical and thought leadership in both system integration and application development, while also promoting best practices in these areas
• Contribute to the technical direction, recommend, and design the solution to leverage the ServiceNow best practices and out of the box functionality
• Contribute to the sizing and scoping of product line projects for ServiceNow - ITOM
• Experience in designing and implementing complex, multi-tier, multi-tenant, end-to-end solutions in a high availability environment.
• Good to have knowledge and working experience of other ServiceNow ITOM modules like ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event management.
• Good knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM data model.
• Understands Discovery scheduling and potential network impacts
• Understating the concepts of AIOps and HLA, AL/ML and Regex.
• Work collaboratively with the ServiceNow team and business stakeholders to monitor for scope creep and resolve critical path technical issues and challenges.
• Provide mentorship to developers and platform engineers on technical design standards and best practices.
• Expert level proficiency in ITOM /CMDB product line.
• Required Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM implementations
• Required Knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB Architecture

Preferred Qualifications:
• Preferred certifications: ServiceNow CIS-Discovery, ServiceNow CIS-Service Mapping
• Good knowledge on custom discovery – Akamai, APIGee, Kong, Rancher Kubernetes, NGINX, Cassandra, Yugabyte, Redis, Kafka, Monga DB, Netezza etc.
• Basic knowledge and awareness of various other modules like ITSM.
• Deliver technical workshops on ITOM: Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping
• Expert understanding of import sets and transform maps, working with external data sources, ServiceNow data mapping
• Knowledge of identification, and classification rules in CMDB
• Articulate the ServiceNow CMDB Classes for Asset and Configuration, their relationships, and dependencies
• The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
