    Position summary

    ncers, Arista Switches, Web Application Firewalls
    • Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Activities - site to site quarterly failover and validation, Tabletop exercises
    • Compliance Documentation Activities - PCI data creation, PCI data request collection and delivery
    • Incident Handling - Fault isolation, Fault repair, Root cause analysis summaries

    Required Technical Skills(Mandatory):
    Hands on working experience and knowledge in the below areas

    • RedHat 7,8,9 administration and configuration
    • Windows Server 2012 administration and configuration
    • VOIP(SIP,WebRTCP,MRCVP),RTP,RTCP,HTTPS,VXML,CTI,TLS1.3 & Certificate Management
    • VMWare, Azure, Terraform, Bicep, Azure Devops, Atlassian,Python,Go,Bash,Java script,Azure functions, KeyVault, GitHub, Artifactory
    Network Engineering and Operations
    • Routers, Switches, Session Border Controllers, Firewalls, VPN Access and Application Gateways
    • Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, Juniper, Arista, Oracle, Meta switch
    • Implementation, Deployment, Configuration, Upgrades, Patching, Troubleshooting, Repairs

    Standard skills :
    • Leadership - handle technically challenging customer situations
    • Strong communications skills - Excellent spoken and written English communication.
    • Effective, polished interaction with customers to gather information quickly; explain customer responsibilities in resolving issue; communicate next steps and status; and inspire confidence
    • Demonstrable troubleshooting skills
    • Cross-team collaboration

    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or similar, or equivalent experience in IT.
