Sitetracker Consultant

Infosys is seeking a Sitetracker Consultant- This position will primary be responsible to interface with key stakeholders; Evaluate and Analyze ITIL/ITSM, CSM (Customer Service Management), Problem and Incident Management; apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level solution, design artifacts; to deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty; part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.

The position is based out of Philadelphia, PA. Candidate can work remotely from any locations within the U.S but should be willing to work during EST hours. This position may require travel and or relocation.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. 
• At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Experience in Sitetracker - Site Rollout Management.

Preferred Qualifications
• Have a good understanding of the Sitetracker product.
• Experience of more than 3 years in Force.com technology and has an implementation experience of configuring/Customizing Sitetracker modules.
• Configuration of Project Templates, trackers, Site Management, mobile app, forms and document generation, maps, site candidate selection, leasing, document tagging, Finance, lightening pages, project planning and Data Migration.
• Proficiency in SOQL, Apex, JavaScript, Native, Triggers, Visual Force and other key technologies.
• Extensive knowledge of SFDC Object model concepts - Objects, Fields, Relationships, Record Type, approval process etc.
• Knowledge of screen, record triggered flows, validation rules, reporting & dashboards.
• Knowledge around customization of standard and custom objects using Force platform
• Expertise in force.com development integration with other platforms and having knowledge of different integration patterns.
• Understanding of database principles and generic SQL
• Experience developing for SFDC Communities, Lightning App Builder, Aura , LWC Components. 
• Release management tools: Change Sets, Jenkins etc
• Knowledge of best practices and Salesforce.com governor limits, ability, and willingness of following them throughout implementation.
• Experience of Git, SVN or equivalent source control system
• Ability to communicate with customers and provide consultation on Force.com platform solutions.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
