Sourcing Buyer Domain Lead with Turkish

a candidate with:**
Minimum 8 years of overall relevant experience in Sourcing & Procurement area, mostly in strategic initiatives (Capex Investment / MRO preferably, direct materials if available)
Hands on experience in handling e-Sourcing projects across categories
Good in English & Turkish language on min C1 level (essential for client communication purposes)
Ability and proven experience in drafting sourcing planning, business case creation, sourcing execution including TCO approach
Hands on working experience in an ERP environment
Exposure to RFx/ eSourcing Tools, experience on leading platforms
Experience in matrix manged organization would be an asset
