Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology
4 years of experience in Unix, Linux, Oracle DB and Splunk OR Grafana OR Kibana
Experience in SDLC and ITIL, ITSM tools like Service Now, Remedy, Jira etc.
4 years of experience in Production Support in any Financials Domain
Fundamental of Trouble shooting Tools
Experience in Chaos engineering/testing

Preferred Qualifications:

Hand- on in any scripting tool like Python, Perl or Unix or any Programming language like Java
Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
Experience and desire to work in a Global Delivery Environment
Planning and Co-ordination skills
Good Communication and Analytical skills
More accountable and responsible
SRE Certification

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
