This position may require travel to project locations.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
• Experience in Cisco voice networks and VOIP support.
• At least 2 years of experience in Cisco Voice and UCCE administration and maintenance.
• Experience in Verint Maintenance & Support.
• Experience with network management and monitoring tools such as SolarWinds and Cisco.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience of experience in Routing and Switching.
• Knowledge of call center technologies, ConvergeOne platform.
• Willing to work in production support and on-call rotation for support of systems outside of normal business hours including weekends
• Strong communication and Analytical skills
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
• This job requires physical handling of telecom equipment across the premises including the datacenter.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
