Test Lead-JAVA/Selenium/BDD/Mobility

Infosys is seeking a Test Lead with experience in JAVA/Selenium/BDD/Mobility.

In the role of Technical Test Lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance professional across the different stages of the Testing lifecycle. You will coordinate with stakeholders and conduct test workshop to convert the requirement specifications into test requirements and create test strategy. You will create test assurance plans, strategy and identify the components for failover, system recovery and collaborate with all the teams to meet our clients’ business needs.  You will also be required to implement both TDD and BDD.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

• 4 years of IT Experience

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Charlotte, NC be willing to relocate to the area on Day1

• 4 years of Mobile testing and Automation framework development using JAVA and Selenium Automation.

• Experience in implementing test driven (TDD) and behavior driven development (BDD)

• Experience with Testing strategies and Test Execution.

• Experience with Lean/Agile development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Good experience in Cucumber with strong java coding skill
• Experience in Mobile testing tool Appium with any cloud services (Perfecto, Saucelabs,Browser Stack)
• Proficiency in writing Native app code test using Swift XCTest, Espresso with Kotlin with any Cloud services like (Sauce labs, Perfecto, Browser Stack, Seetest Cloud etc...)
• Experience with build & dependency management tools like Maven, Gradle, cocoapods
• Experience with Jenkins or other continuous integration software.
• Strong Experience in Java Testing Frameworks (TestNG, JUNIT)
• Exposure to Applitools, JIRA integration (plug-ins like AssertThat BDD, Zephyr, X-ray), Service virtualization will be good to have.
• Experience with Command line tools for iOS, Android and Appium (xcrun, xcode-select, xcodebuild, npm, adb, carthage etc.)
• Deliver a robust automation framework built upon established and proven open-source tools and 
• Strong experience on Service layer testing to support Agile/Scrum development, DevOps, and CI/CD
• Design and architect modular and reusable automated testing solutions that satisfy client requirements.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
