At least 3-4 years of relevant experience in Workday HCM domain, particularly in Workday Functional Configuration across key HR Modules (Core HR, Payroll & Time tracking, Recruitment, Benefits, Absence etc.) across Implementation / support / development project

Preferred Qualifications:
Work closely with Business to gather, understand, and analyze requirements as well as demonstrate configurations using prototyping. and unit testing the processes. Provide subject matter expertise on key business process decisions.
Experience in BP Configurations (BP Changes, Sup Org, Locations, etc.), troubleshooting data issues / corrections, Workday Reporting and Analytics and Security configs and changes.
Propose functionality changes based on business requirements.
Should have good experience with basic and advanced security. Should have basic technical knowledge.
Experience managing medium size team would be a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.
Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:
In CA / WA / NY / CO: $114,000 to $167,000
In Washington, DC: $106,000 to $147,500
