3D NAND Mixed Signal Verification Engineer
Sacramento County, CA
The NAND Volatile Memory Group is dedicated in providing state-of-the art Flash Memory solutions to a wide range of storage applications. This team designs and develops the 3D NAND Flash media that has a primary application in Solid State Drives. The design, by nature, is a mix of digital and analog blocks. This job is specifically for a verification position that involves developing pre-silicon functional tests, models to verify the design against a system specification. This also implies creating test plans, running simulations, finding and implementing corrective measures, analyze results to improve verification content through functional coverage.
The verification also involves developing SystemVerilog Assertions (SVA) to properly check the design functionality. Develops pre-Silicon functional verification tests to verify NAND component will meet design requirements. Creates test plans, Models and UVM verification environment for RTL/ Circuit and Firmware verification, defining and running functional test, and finding and implementing corrective measures for failing tests. Analyzes and uses results to modify testing. This is an entry level position and will be compensated accordingly.
