Datacenter Sales Development Manager, Dell Global Account Team
Since 2018 Dell Technologies has been the global leader in datacenter sales, providing the most comprehensive portfolio of compute and storage solutions on Intel Architecture. As close partners, Intel and Dell combine resources in several ways to accelerate datacenter sales to better serve the marketplace. We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Sales Development Manager (SDM) who is obsessed with maximizing this world class partnership and driving success for our mutual customers.
In this role you will be responsible for growing Intel revenue across multiple Datacenter product sets including compute, storage and networking. With a focus on Public Sector, HPC, AI, Channel and Commercial opportunities, you will manage a significant market development budget and co-lead a team of contract employees to facilitate co-selling partnerships that build pipeline and close deals. You will have the opportunity to exceed your annual datacenter quota and KPI targets through relentless focus on scaling Intel's influence, accelerating new platform and technology transitions, and selling up.
In this role you must maintain and strengthen exquisite partnerships with several Dell sales organizations, and with internal partners across multiple Intel business groups. You will need to rely upon a mix of business and technical acumen to effectively align resources spanning pre-sales, technical sales, inside sales, specialty sales, and core sales organizations.

3+ years of prior experience in managing multinational sales alliances and partnerships
5+ years of prior experience with datacenter market dynamics and products spanning compute, storage and networking segments
3+ years of prior experience with ISVs, Big Data, Analytics & HPC solutions

This opportunity would require primarily U.S. travel, with few international trips per year.
MBA Degree is a plus.
