As an Intel Environmental Health and Safety Engineer intern, you will play a significant role in helping to develop the world's most revolutionary processors. You will join an elite group who work at our high-tech fabrication facilities worldwide, using state-of-the-art manufacturing processes and tools. Our Industrial Hygienist, Safety Engineers and Environmental Engineers make a big impact by defining criteria and implementing programs to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and monitoring the work environments of our employees.
- Responsibilities may be quite diverse of an exempt technical nature.
- U.S. experience and education requirements will vary significantly depending on the unique needs of the job.
Job assignments are usually for the summer or for short periods during breaks from school.
This is an entry level position and will be compensated accordingly. You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience would be obtained through a combination of prior education level classes, and current level school classes, projects, research and relevant previous job and/or internship experience.

- The candidate must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or closely related field.
3 months of experience in:
- Areas of Environmental or Sustainability.
- Sound engineering principles and technical problem solving.
