Functional Validation Engineer
Creates, defines and develops system validation environment and test suites. Uses and applies emulation and platformlevel tools and techniques to ensure performance to spec. Responsible for the development of methodologies, execution of validation plans, and debug of failures. Requires broad understanding of multiple system areas and requires interfaces with Architecture, Design, and Presilicon Validation teams in improving postsilicon test content and providing feedback for future ondie debug features.

Role provides candidates opportunities to learn firsthand what it takes to bring Intel's Core (TM) CPU products to life. Our Team utilizes a variety of skills with software scripting, automation, logic analyzers and other common engineering tools to debug and root cause failures before product launch. Our Team frequently coordinates with our Architecture, Design, and Software developers, among other teams providing you opportunities to meet a broad spectrum of the Intel Engineering Community.
3+ Yrs experience with the following degrees
B.S. Electrical Engineering
C+/Python Programming language experience
Computer Architecture Knowledge
Lab Tools - Multimeter, Oscilliscopes, Logic Analyzers
