HR Development Intern
As part of the HR for HR team you will be responsible driving activities that support the development of our HR employees globally, which is one of HR's 2020 priorities. Your work will directly benefit thousands of employees, enabling them to quickly gain the skills and acumen required to advance Intel's future technologies. Additionally, you will collaborate with HR leaders across business groups to deliver innovative learning solutions while working with a team well known for their passion for learning, business acumen, and collaboration amongst each other.
We are looking for someone who can dedicate 40 hours per week during the summer.
Work as a critical partner with our HR Development team
Partner with stakeholders in HR to inform the creation of comprehensive and strategically aligned learning and development solutions
Develop and deliver a variety of learning solutions, including instructor-led, virtual, and web-based courses, events/conferences, and action learning
Maintain consistent communication with key stakeholders regarding program metrics and progress
You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Relevant experience can be obtained through school work, classes and project work, internships, military training, and/or work experience.
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organization Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or a related field, with at least 3 months of relevant experience.
3 months using Microsoft Office

- Project Management: Experience developing and managing projects that meet objectives in a timely and cost efficient manner. Attention to detail.
- Communication skills: Employ strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to listen, question, interpret, and articulate succinct messages for audiences at varying seniority levels.
- Results orientation: Ability to proactively anticipate customer needs and possess a track record of delivering results and seeking innovative approaches to completing work.
- Tools/Platforms: Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint. Microsoft Teams knowledge is a plus.
