LTD Product Performance Engineering
LTD product engineers are responsible for ensuring successful PRQ of new architectures on Intel's latest process technology nodes. The position requires engineering of the products to meet performance, reliability and yield goals prior to the introduction to the market. Product engineer is responsible for ensuring yield process changes, device optimizations and reliability implications are fully understood on the product as architectures and pre-silicon assumptions are not always consistent with post-silicon observations. Hence, it requires engaging in post-silicon debug activities and working closely with design pre and post-silicon teams as well as technology development yield, integration and reliability organizations.

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Relevant experience can be obtained through school work, classes and project work, internships, military training, and/or work experience.
- PHD Degree in electrical engineering, physics or related field or MS
- 5+ years experience in semiconductor device physics, electrical test development and analysis, post-silicon failure analysis and/ or circuit design.
- Experience in device or circuit design, layout or testing.
- Experience with device characterization and instrumentation.
- Practical programming experience in instrument control.
