Process TD Frame Cellset CAD Engineer
Frame Cellset Owners (FCO's) are responsible for the integration of scribeline cells (fab process monitors, litho alignment marks, litho metrology, electrical test, etc.) into a frame layout which accompanies each product to support fabrication. The Frame Cellset Owner Team works closely with many organizations, including Process Technology Development, Product Design, Litho Resolution Enhancement Techniques, Advanced Design Rule Runset, Intel Tapeout Operations, Intel Mask Operations, and the Virtual Factory, to enable all Intel process technologies both during development and continuing through high volume manufacturing.
FCO's verify the layout of the scribeline cells in the frame to meet fab process module BKMs as well as technology design specifications. They also validate the integrity of the frame throughout the tapeout process. Tasks associated with cellset ownership may include performing layout edits based on process design specifications and fab module owner guidelines as needed, dispositioning drawn data changes through XORs and/or design rule flows, and ensuring proper frame data output. In addition, FCO's document and communicate frame revision changes and NPI setup data to manufacturing through the Graphics website, provide frame dimension estimates to product design, and are responsible for the accuracy of all frame related collaterals being released
Minimum Qualifications: Applicant should have a master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial / Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Must be a self-starter, able to work in a team environment, highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and quality, have excellent documentation and communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with CAD layout tools, design flow, UNIX computing environments and basic shell programming is highly desired. Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing process flow, including lithography and metrology, is also recommended.
