TCAD Software Modeling Engineer
You will be working in a dynamic team environment that directly supports the development of Intel's future microprocessors by creating and applying physics-based SW for modeling the electronic behavior of microelectronic devices and structures. Specific duties include development of state-of-the-art numerical device/process modeling tools and applications in the following areas: advanced device transport, quantum effects, electronic structure, novel device and memory operation, defect-coupled diffusion/activation, FEM based stress simulation. The position involves in-depth interaction with other TCAD, device, and integration engineers.
- You must have a Masters of Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in modeling and research of semiconductor device or process physics, including relevant 1st author publications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience programming in C/C++
Minimum of 2 years of experience with scripting such as Python or equivalent desirable
