Technical Marketing Engineer
The Intel Systems Products Group (SPG) is looking for a Technical Marketing Engineer to help develop breakthrough solutions for the Client Computing Group's (CCG) Systems business. SPG's products include the Intel NUC and Intel Compute Card product families. CCG's SPG is a fast-paced, rapidly growing business unit whose charter is to expand Intel's worldwide presence by accelerating global Channel growth through innovative business models and platform solutions tailored to meet local market needs. We have employees worldwide who handle all aspects of the business from product definition and development to technical enabling, marketing, business development and sales. The Technical Marketing Engineer will work in a product development team to define and launch Intel system products. The TME also works with customer support, field sales teams, and sustaining engineers to support the product throughout the end of the product life cycle. Some of the job responsibilities include, but are not be limited to: Creation of the product requirements document to ensure Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs) understand the feature requirements and deliver products that will meet customer expectations. Write technical collateral for customers, and prepare and present technical training for field sales teams. Support customers with their consumer, commercial or embedded designs that are based on the Intel system product. Lead failure analysis investigations to identify solutions for customers, resolve lines down issues, and include potential design improvements into follow-on products. This is an entry level position and will be compensated accordingly.
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
6+ months of experience with:
PC architecture, technical writing and presentation skills.
