We are searching for an experienced, energetic, accountable and detail-oriented Executive Assistant Business Partner (EABP) to be part of our team. The EABP will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative duties in support of a diverse group of legal professionals (including corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, intellectual property and transactions & marketing).  The ideal candidate is self-motivated, collaborative, professional and capable of handling a robust workload, including managing executive calendars and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What you'll bring

• Minimum of 5+ years working at the Executive administrative level, effectively supporting multiple leaders at one time.
• Advanced Outlook calendar management skills.
• Expert level knowledge of desktop and cloud applications including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Box.
• Strong organization, project management and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer-oriented perspective (internal and external).
• Ability to manage new or challenging issues with confidentiality, respect, dignity, sensitivity and urgency.
• Friendly and professional demeanor, with a “can do” attitude.
• Ability to move quickly from one task to another, seamlessly and professionally.
• Time management skills and the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.
• Ability to be proactive, take initiative and anticipate the team’s needs.
• Accountability and skill in managing expectations upstream and downstream to ensure duties are performed timely and accurately.

How you will lead

• Managing complex and detailed calendars.
• Coordinating and supporting internal meetings, including off-sites, virtual meetings and team motivation activities.
• Collaborating with EABPs and leaders at multiple levels of the company and external stakeholders to deliver external meetings and events.
• Identifying, implementing and continuously improving the group’s administrative systems and processes.
• Managing and reconciling expense reports on behalf of executives.
• Maintaining organizational charts and email distribution lists.
• Coordinating travel and related arrangements.
• Building a deep understanding of the organization, including the vision and business priorities.
• Role-modeling a high level of integrity, discretion and confidentiality.
