Manager 2 - Program Management and Business Operations

We are looking for a passionate, results-oriented, and strategic Manager 2, Program Management and Business Operations to design and manage internal workflow processes, finances, and operations to enable our broad creative team to work with speed and innovation. This role will add rigor that enables our creative processes to deliver excellence with predictability at scale. This is a critical role, enabling you to collaborate with many internal organizations, while also being hands-on in managing programs and business operations.

The right candidate for this role is someone who has strong strategic and critical thinking who embraces creative thinking. They are invigorated by working within a large, complex organization, and have superpower abilities to communicate and influence at all levels and can co-create strategies collaboratively with others. 

This role reports to the Director of Program Management and Business Operations.

What you'll bring

• 10+ years’ experience including roles in business operations, program management, strategy, or management consulting in a large matrixed environment
• Experience driving large complex programs in coordination with a variety of cross-functional leaders
• Strong organization, communications, and presentation skills
• Ability to synthesize various points of view into a cohesive narrative
• Excellent creativity and problem solving along with a keen business sense
• Passion for excellence and the desire to have a significant impact on the business
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and leading teams directly and through influence

How you will lead

• Manage Business Operations – manage and support day to day business operations including finances, functional team processes, and cross team projects. Assist in managing key team op mechs.
• Lead Financial Planning & Resource Planning – Lead planning cycles, manage budget, operationalize financial decisions and process to enable speed and innovation. Enhance resource planning assignments and process.
• Enhance Creative Workflow and Business Workflow Processes – Partner to design and enhance team workflow and processes to enable scale and speed from concepts through the video, content, and design workflows through to delivery.
• Foster business operations and process within the broader team: Build processes for operational rigor recording patters and developing playbooks with cross-functional teams to ensure sustainable results and flawless delivery over time.
• Expand and operationalize reporting methodologies: Enhance reporting methodologies by helping team process and manage/track deliverables, metrics, and assist in dashboard development.
