Overview
We're looking for a creative problem solver with a passion for innovation and collaboration tojoin the Digital Platforms Customer Success team as a Senior Content Architect for taxonomy and knowledge models. In this role, you will evolve and improve systems to enable content personalization and content understanding across multiple channels. You'll help connect strategy to execution, filling the space between design and development teams.
What you'll bring
- 5+ years of related in experience information architecture, taxonomy, or content systems
- Degree in Library and Information Science, Linguistics, or similar discipline preferred
- Demonstrated professional knowledge of controlled vocabularies, classification, ontology and taxonomy
- Technical aptitude; familiarity with Python, JSON, markdown a big plus
- Superior communication and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical issues simply and convincingly to drive fast decisions
- Passion for delivering great outcomes through an awesome customer experience
- Proven ability to work and deliver effectively in cross-functional teams
- Great verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical and metadata information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of technical and non-technical audiences
How you will lead
- Develop and maintain taxonomy and ontology data models and standards
- Research and enrich models through corpus analysis, entity extraction and other NLP methods
- Consult with partner teams on leveraging taxonomy-driven solutions
- Coordinate discovery activities, e.g. gathering requirements and use cases, conducting audits and gap analyses, creating maps and matrices
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative feedback to identify trends and insights into user needs
