Senior Product Manager - Global QuickBooks Online Onboarding Platform & Experience

Overview

QuickBooks is at an important inflection point, as we evolve from an accounting product to a platform to help entrepreneurs run & grow their business. This role is at the forefront of driving that transformation. Our goal is to deliver a personalized and dynamic onboarding experience to accelerate the benefits customers realize from the Quickbooks ecosystem of products and services.  You will do this by connecting our top-of-the-funnel marketing promises to specific in-product benefits, and accelerating our customers’ speed-to-benefit in realizing tangible product payoffs, all in service of powering the prosperity of our SMB customers. 

We’re powering customer benefit by giving our global teams the ability to build onboarding workflows that are uniquely tailored to the needs of their customers. We call this visual and flexible onboarding workflow platform, “Lego”.  Lego lets teams build -- without coding -- exactly the workflows they need to optimize their customer onboarding experiences.  We are looking for an experienced senior product manager to lead the strategy of our Lego customer onboarding platform and the global expansion of our onboarding framework. In this role, you will also develop and lead strategies, experiments, and execution across acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention focused on the Canada  market. Your mission is to accelerate customer speed-to-benefit and deliver measurable results in customers activating new tools and driving Intuit revenue.

What you'll bring

• 5+ years of experience as a product manager in a relevant space or field (B2B SaaS or product-led growth at a technology company)

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience
• Based in Toronto, Canada

How you will lead

• Proactively engage with our customers, and our go-to-market, implementation, user research and design teams to understand the optimal workflows for target customer segments. 
• Co-design optimal workflows, ensuring they provide a high-quality experience for our users.
• Lead the execution delivery path of new onboarding workflow capabilities required to support QuickBooks Online product and marketing use cases.
• Drive internal collaboration processes end-to-end, coordinating with internal partners across product, design, development, legal, compliance, marketing, and other stakeholder to prioritize the initiatives promising the greatest customer benefit and business impact.
• Work with go-to-market and implementation teams to develop customer-facing onboarding tutorials and marketing materials targeted at specific customer segments.
• Build our strategic approach to product delivery, and help prioritize our support for global teams in order to make the biggest impact for our customers.
• Manage and optimize an integrated suite of capabilities and features underpinning our onboarding workflow platform to establish & deliver a high bar for customer experience.
• Drive customer-driven decisions, clear prioritization, and efficient execution in the face of ambiguity and complexity.
• Build processes that will scale as our team and company grow.
• Influence leadership, our go-to-market teams, and other key stakeholders across the company to implement your strategy.
• Present findings and prepare strategy recommendations regularly for senior leaders.
