As a Staff Business Data Analyst within Intuit Customer Success you will have a key focus on quickly adapting to changing business environment, being agile in managing the change, and driving cross functional alignment on the plans while leveraging machine learning and data science principles to build efficient end to end Expert Planning Process processes and governance model that improves process efficiency to develop optimal plans.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, statistics, supply chain management or related technical discipline
• 8+ plus years in related sales and operations planning with strong data and analytics skills; Dynamic workforce management (service planning) experience an advantage
• APICS or related certifications desired with broad end to end supply chain and operations process knowledge
• Experience in developing and deploying global S&OP
• Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence and manage in a matrix environment
• Persistence and focus to drive results and continuous improvement
• Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of scripting languages (Python, R)
• Fluent with Qliksense, Power BI and Tableau

How you will lead

• Develop strategic vision for planning on capabilities needed for long term scaling for our global markets
• Define success criteria or critical measures for complex projects to drive multi-channel complex campaigns & experiments
• Lead initiatives from different functional domains and with multiple stakeholders to assess impact to forecast and capacity plans
• Self-starter in ambiguous environments to generate hypothesis via data & find analytical insights that move the needle for the BU
• Lead monthly lock reviews to drive alignment with stakeholders by delivering compelling storytelling on forecast and capacity plans
• Lead as SME to think end-to-end across both business and technical domains and connect the dots with non-technical process/tech/product efforts and drive cross-functional teams towards common goals
• Ability to partner cross functionally and influence project outcome leveraging data and analytics
• Ability to formulate business opportunity and communicate data analytics approach across a broad spectrum of audiences (eg data peers, non-tech project teams, Dir + etc.)
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and deliver strategic recommendations based on best practices, lessons learned etc.
• Act as SME, proactively identifies roadblocks, mitigates them, and influences stakeholders to drive towards outcomes and manage change management aspects on project early on
• Ability to identify and exploit new business/customer opportunities using data to drive optimization, experimentation, and disruptive business models
• Ability to lead cross functional projects and drive tactical decision making across teams
• Continuously drive data rigor in decision making through building organizational data literacy and developing intuitive self-service solutions for stakeholders
• Drive insights and recommendations throughout the BU using analysis, visualizations, and compelling storytelling
• Extremely proficient in executive communications at various leadership levels starting with Directors
• Ability to develop products & scale for repeatable - adhocs/analysis done such as experimentation, forecasting, contact center analytics etc.
• Leads by owning the project outcomes, guiding, and directing wider project teams
• Ability to drive multi-channel complex campaigns & experiments
• Mentor junior team members in the analytics team to help them grow their skills and ability to influence business roadmaps
• Ability to manage E2E aspects of a complex analytics model/project build (i.e. scope requirements gathering, finalizing, stakeholder’s management, communication, project management)
• Advanced working knowledge of "big data" technologies eg. Redshift,Spark,Tidal,Hive, Bigquery and new & emerging analysis packages such as Tenser Flow, Keras etc.
