Overview

Intuit’s Finance Digital Transformation Office is driving Finance’s transformation, by assisting Finance Leaders with assessing their finance strategy and vision and help design and implement changes to our financial systems and processes to improve the overall value of Finance for Intuit. The Finance Change Management Program Manager will play a pivotal role leading the strategic communications and change management content to drive and support change across Finance’s transformation initiatives.

The Finance Change Management Program Manager will serve as a strategic leader and steward, requiring strong business acumen and knowledge of the finance functions, experience to effectively coordinate & communicate with cross-functional partners, creativity to develop and publish content on collaboration tools and portals, and the ability to educate stakeholders with engaging communications that ensure understanding and compliance. Key responsibilities include communicating our organization’s value proposition and brand, executing the change management and communication plan for our finance transformation implementations, and creating informative content to educate and inform.

Qualifications:

• Experience with communications at all levels of an organization, with knowledge of finance operations preferred
• Exceptional leadership experience including effective change management
• Experience leading complex programs of work with multiple stakeholders/partners
• Culturally aware; experience communicating with a global audience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance or other quantitative discipline, or equivalent experience

Change Management

• Creates compelling written content and visually engaging graphics; uses video to enhance impact and messaging, as appropriate
• Establishes and governs the standard for effective process training and resources across Finance
• Understands & interprets stakeholder landscape, expectations, and key opportunities to shape and drive programs in support of Finance Digital Transformation messaging across Intuit
• Provide transparency to Senior Finance Leadership on status and benefits realization for critical system project initiatives
• Expert at determining the right project teams, operating mechanisms, and communications to gain alignment for transformation implementations and to manage change
• Pushes creative thinking to break boundaries in bold and integrated communications programming of the Finance identity and adoption of new processes and technologies
• Captures the value generated from finance strategic initiatives in supporting documentation that can be used in executive-level presentations
• Knows how to best leverage various traditional and digital communication channels to create and manage targeted and integrated training and change management narratives for both an internal audience and externally as-needed
• Responsible for 3rd party contracts and relationships when contractors are used to assist in development and/or delivery of change management training or communications
• Leads and oversees development, validation, implementation, and evaluation of training-related solutions (curriculum, job aids, reference guides, playbooks, etc.) based on business needs or performance opportunities
• Leverages central Intuit Learning & Development organization’s instructional design and facilitation methodologies to ensure consistency and the highest level of performance
• Owns the design, structure and maintenance of content management systems (i.e. source content repository, learning management systems); evaluates effectiveness and directs continuous improvement efforts

 Project Management

• Supports project management of any Finance Transformation initiatives in a lead or support role as needed to enhance value of any project directive that requires dedication and skillset of project manager
• Supports end-to-end process improvement projects with change management ownership, decision planning, recommendation, and execution
• Provides meaningful insights to project team to drive strategy or key decisions
